What a great place to stop for a quick bite during an otherwise long and boring work commute. I have enjoyed this place many times on such occasions. I always sit at the bar where the bartender is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I have had the same person serve me on repeated occasions and their service has been warm, welcoming, and hospitable. The food is A+ by my standards and I am a self professed foodie, who was raised by a chef father, so I know what I’m talking about. One day I ordered the jambalaya with jalapeño cornbread and it tasted great! amazing, even. My experience here that day is forever etched in my mind as one of my all time positive dining experiences as a solo diner. I felt seen, appreciated, and cared for in one of San Francisco’s most upscale of restaurants, where I am often overlooked. I highly recommend this place for happy hour, dinner, or just a quick stop to refresh your self when you are out and about in the city. For me, it is a safe haven; and I can not wait to go back for more great drinks, delicious food, the festive environment, and wonderful service. Thank you Town Hall for brightening many of my days with your very positive offerings.
