You have managed to keep me going thru this quarantine. If it were not for your Insalata Agrume, with the grilled prawns or the sautéed salmon on the side, I DO NOT KNOW THAT I WOULD HAVE MADE IT. to put it simply. Your little gems with the citrus accompaniments have kept me going, and lifted me out of despair. For the past year and a half, this has been my GO TO delivery spot when I only the freshest “over-priced” salad would do. Their prices are actually comparable, but something about spending good money on the freshest of ingredients makes me feel like I am excelling at my self care. Thank you for your consistent quality control because each salad has been remarkable and I order them often ~ so I would be able to detect a dip in their quality control. They have been consistently above board and I have been happy each time I have ordered from here. I’ve tried their other salads, and a few dishes on the menu. I try to keep it light, which is how their salad makes me feel. Kudos to you guys for your amazing food and high quality ingredients. I appreciate how fast my order usually arrives and it is always packed up so nicely. I just enjoyed one of their salads yesterday to my contentment. THANK YOU ITALY on GILMAN.
